Fish looks great! Not sure about fish for Thanksgiving but...maybe a turkey platter made from fresh veggies in the shape of a turkey could work! Also wanted wish you a HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! almost your birthday. In Oz it gets here before the states:-) If you were here i'd make you a very special decorated birthday cake! Can I just testify that Q's fish is some of the best ever!

Its funny- I hate all meat being cooked in our house. Cannot stand it at all. I want to try to get all flesh cooked outside of the Mermaid Manor.

But then, I don't really like meat at all - so I am always looking for some angle to get it out of the house.

Now, I want to eat fish cooked by Q.

I have heard those are fabuloous! When I remodeled a couple of years ago I put in an outdoor kitchen with a Fire King grill that I love, but i've heard the Green egg is awesome! At Thanksgiving I switch from becoming a shrimpatrian (I never met a shrimp I didn't like) to being a turkatarian! Happy TG, FMM and Q!
