So I'm putting off writing about my Houston trip to bring you my 2006 top 10 list of my favorite products I discovered thanks to fellow bloggers.
I discovered all of the products listed below by reading a review on a fellow bloggers site and I just had to try it for myself.
10. Mirenesse Secret Weapon Mascara/Blinc Kiss Me Mascara They both work about the same although the Mirenesse comes off a little easier when you are trying to remove it with water.
9. Paula Dorf New York Eye Kit
the colors work so well with each other
8. Paula Dorf Transformer
this will turn ANY eyeshadow into a liquid eye liner with great staying power.
7. Lippman Nail Essentials The Stripper, Lavender Nail Lacquer Remover

I LOVE Blinc's mascara and smashbox primer!!!
I have seen Peej's lashes with that Estee Lauder mascara on and it is stunning. I swear she could hurt people with those things. They are so long and perfectly seperated. She has been blessed with the best lashes on the planet.

I also love Blinc Kiss Me Mascara and the Smashbox Foundation primer. The primer made my list, too.

I also loved the Smashbox primer and B&B hair powder (great for volume -- not to mention hiding roots and a few stray grays!). Terrific list with lots of must-trys in 2007. :)
I adore the primers and everything by Paula Dorf. The Transformer is such a fun thing to play with. I should have included it in my list.

Oh man, I totally forgot all about the UD Primer Potion! That is truly amazing stuff. I like the Laura Mercier one, too, but the UD just blows it out of the water really. Great list. I still haven't tried the Blinc mascara, but the Mirenesse sounds even better if it comes off easier... thanks!

I cannot tell you how many times Bumble and Bumble Hair Powder has saved me when I woke up too late to take a shower and my hair was out of control.
I looove Smashbox Primer and I can't believe it's taken me this long to jump on the bandwagon. However, I am super curious about Michael Kors leg shimmer. How's the scent and the strength of shimmer?
Great list. The problem is lots of those products are not available in the UK. I'll have to emigrate, I think. :-)

I am DYING to get to Scent Bar! Maybe I'll book a trip to LA just to go there. :) Also, can you please post tips on how to use the Hair Powder? I am a big dork and couldn't figure it out (tales of my misadventures here)
I'm dying to visit the Scent Bar as well. Annie introduced me to La Creme in Seattle and now I can't stop thinking about perfume. Great list, the UD Primer Potion is one of my staples.
